      据统计在水泥熟料烧成系统中,表面散热约占熟料烧成热耗的8~10%,是系统热量损失的一大组成部分。以熟料烧成实物煤耗120kg/t,表面散热占熟料烧成热耗的8%计算,单条4500t/d水泥生产线因表面散热消耗的燃煤达到13392 t/年,由此产生的碳排放达到24061 t/年。
英文摘要:
      According to the statistics, the heat dissipation of the surface is about 8 ~ 10% of the heat consumption in the clinker sintering system, which is a major part of the heat loss of the system. Based on the calculation that the consumption of solid coal is 120 kg/t and the surface heat dissipation accounts for 8% of the consumption of clinker, the consumption of coal for surface heat dissipation in a single 4500 t/D cement production line is 13392 t/year, the resulting carbon emissions are 24,061 tons per year.
