According to the statistics, the heat dissipation of the surface is about 8 ~ 10% of the heat consumption in the clinker sintering system, which is a major part of the heat loss of the system. Based on the calculation that the consumption of solid coal is 120 kg/t and the surface heat dissipation accounts for 8% of the consumption of clinker, the consumption of coal for surface heat dissipation in a single 4500 t/D cement production line is 13392 t/year, the resulting carbon emissions are 24,061 tons per year. |
