Lithium slag is the industrial waste produced during the preparation of lithium salt,about 8 tons of lithium slag are produced for every ton of lithium carbonate.In 2024, the total amount of domestic lithium slag is about 10.5 million tons, and with the rapid development of the power battery and energy storage battery industry, the total amount of lithium slag will increase year by year.At present, in addition to accumulation and landfill treatment, lithium slag is mainly used as cement raw materials and mixed materials. Recent experimental studies have proved that the physical and chemical properties of clinker and cement improve with the increase of lithium slag incorporation amount in a certain amount.However, according to the feedback of cement production enterprises using lithium slag, with the increase of lithium slag incorporation, its impact on cement production operations is also constantly amplified.Therefore, this paper analyzes the influence of lithium slag on cement production from the perspective of operation, finds out the corresponding influencing factors and takes measures to eliminate them, so that the amount of lithium slag in actual cement production can meet the test requirements, and provides operational feasibility for the comprehensive utilization of lithium slag. |
