      锂渣是锂盐制备过程中产生的工业废渣,每生产一吨碳酸锂需产生约8t锂渣。2024年国内锂渣总量约1050万t,随着动力电池、储能电池产业的快速发展,锂渣总量还会逐年增加。目前除了堆积、填埋处理,锂渣主要作为水泥原料及混合材进行应用,通过最近的试验研究证明,在一定的锂渣掺入量内,熟料及水泥理化性能随着锂渣掺入量增加而提高。但根据使用锂渣的水泥生产企业反馈,随着锂渣掺入量的增加,其对水泥生产操作的影响也在不断放大。为此,本文从操作角度分析锂渣对水泥生产的影响,找到相应的影响因素并采取措施消除,使锂渣在水泥实际生产中的掺入量达到试验要求,为锂渣的综合利用提供操作可行性。

      Lithium slag is the industrial waste produced during the preparation of lithium salt,about 8 tons of lithium slag are produced for every ton of lithium carbonate.In 2024, the total amount of domestic lithium slag is about 10.5 million tons, and with the rapid development of the power battery and energy storage battery industry, the total amount of lithium slag will increase year by year.At present, in addition to accumulation and landfill treatment, lithium slag is mainly used as cement raw materials and mixed materials. Recent experimental studies have proved that the physical and chemical properties of clinker and cement improve with the increase of lithium slag incorporation amount in a certain amount.However, according to the feedback of cement production enterprises using lithium slag, with the increase of lithium slag incorporation, its impact on cement production operations is also constantly amplified.Therefore, this paper analyzes the influence of lithium slag on cement production from the perspective of operation, finds out the corresponding influencing factors and takes measures to eliminate them, so that the amount of lithium slag in actual cement production can meet the test requirements, and provides operational feasibility for the comprehensive utilization of lithium slag.
