      为提高回转窑余热回收效率,本文基于ANSYS Fluent平台建立了回转窑冷凝系统三维数值模型。详细阐述了包括辐射传递方程、k-ε湍流模型及DO辐射模型在内的数值模拟理论基础。重点分析了模型简化假设、网格独立性验证(150万与200万网格偏差仅1.7%)及关键边界条件设置(工作层温度1200℃/800℃,对流系数10W/m²·K)。通过模拟不同绝热材料及水流速度下的温度场分布,揭示了热量在窑体-保温层-冷凝管系统中的传递路径与损失机制。结果表明,该数值模型能有效预测不同工况下的外壁温度(预测误差<5℃),为回转窑余热回收系统的参数优化设计提供了可靠的数值工具。
英文摘要:
      In order to improve the efficiency of waste heat recovery of rotary kiln,a three-dimensional numerical model of rotary kiln condensation system is established based on ANSYS Fluent platform.The theoretical basis of numerical simulation including radiation transfer equation,k-ε turbulence model and DO radiation model is described in detail.The model simplification hypothesis,grid independence verification(1.5 million and 2 million grid deviations are only 1.7%)and key boundary condition settings(working layer temperature 1200°C/800°C,convection coefficient 10W/m2·K)are analyzed.By simulating the temperature field distribution under different insulation materials and water flow velocity,the heat transfer path and loss mechanism in the kiln-insulation-condenser system are revealed.The results show that the numerical model can effectively predict the outer wall temperature under different working conditions(prediction error<5°C),which provides a reliable numerical tool for the parameter optimization design of the rotary kiln waste heat recovery system.
