| The 100,000 t/a alternative fuel processing center of Sinoma Environmental Engineering (Beijing) Co., Ltd. Xuzhou Branch originally adopted a two-stage shredding system with one twin-shaft shredder and one single-shaft shredder, which was confronted with such problems as insufficient output, high power consumption per ton, substandard particle size, single raw material type and high failure rate, and could no longer meet the supply and quality requirements of downstream cement enterprises after SCR renovation. To overcome these shortcomings, a technical renovation was implemented based on an idle twin-shaft shredder from the Sanming production line, including adding a new twin-shaft shredder and supporting belts, optimizing process layout, adjusting blade parameters and upgrading transformer capacity, so as to form a three-stage shredding process of “twin-shaft + twin-shaft + single-shaft”. After renovation, the hourly output increased from 12.01t/h to 15.00t/h, with an increase of 24.90%; the power consumption per ton decreased from 33.94kW·h/t to 29.01kW·h/t, with a decrease of 14.53%; the failure rate dropped from 19.27% to 6.33%; the particle size of finished products reached D90<100 mm. The renovation has effectively improved production capacity, reduced energy consumption, optimized product quality and lowered costs, providing an engineering reference for the upgrading of similar alternative fuel shredding systems. |
