| In order to further enhance the heat exchange efficiency of the waste heat boiler and reduce the dust concentration in the outlet flue gas, this paper conducts a numerical simulation study on the structural parameters of the waste heat boiler outlet using fluid analysis software. Different working conditions are set, and three structural schemes are compared and analyzed. Considering various factors such as the dust removal efficiency of the ash hopper, the increased pressure loss of the ash hopper, the increased power consumption of the ash hopper, and the economic feasibility of the ash hopper renovation, the optimal structure is determined. |
