| 采用生石灰高温改性的方法预处理磷石膏,将其应用于水泥基材料中,探究生石灰高温改性磷石膏对水泥基材料性能的影响,结合SEM分析水泥基胶凝材料水化产物情况。结果表明:生石灰高温改性能够去除磷石膏中的P2O5,提高磷石膏的pH值,高温改性2h的时间已经足够;生石灰的加入能够显著降低胶凝材料的凝结时间,生石灰掺量大于2%后,胶凝材料的凝结时间变化不大;生石灰的掺入有利于水泥基胶凝材料强度和韧性的发展,最佳的生石灰掺量为2%;SEM结果表明,生石灰的掺入有利于磷石膏水化晶体的生长和交织,提高了胶凝材料的力学性能。 |

| his study aims to investigate the effect of high-temperature modified phosphogypsum of quicklime on cement-based materials. The method of high-temperature modification was used to pretreat the phosphogypsum, and its effects on the properties of cement-based materials were analyzed. SEM was employed to analyze the hydration products of cementitious materials. Results indicate that the high-temperature modification of quicklime effectively removed P2O5 in phosphogypsum and increased its pH value. A 2-hour modification time was adequate to achieve these outcomes. Furthermore, the addition of quicklime significantly reduced the setting time of cementitious materials, with no significant changes observed after quicklime content exceeded 2%. The incorporation of quicklime also promoted the development of strength and toughness of cementitious materials, with an optimal content of 2%. The SEM results showed that the incorporation of quicklime was conducive to the growth and interweaving of phosphogypsum hydration crystals, and improved the mechanical properties of cementitious materials. |
