      为进一步挖掘降碳潜力、打造标杆企业,对甘肃某6000t/d水泥熟料生产线进行系统研究及多轮技术评审,精准识别了制约能效进一步提升的技术瓶颈与运行痛点,包括:预热器换热效果差、分解炉容积偏小、本底NOx浓度高、部分管道阻力大等问题。通过采取将五级预热器升级为六级、分解炉扩容、分解炉深度自脱硝技术、对工艺管道降阻改造、配套高效节能风机等技术改造措施,熟料单位产品综合能耗92.89kgce/t.cl,优于GB 16780-2021一级能耗指标,每年可节约标煤0.885×104t,减少CO2排放2.2×104t,可节电3.75×106kWh,节能降碳效果显著。
英文摘要:
      To further explore carbon reduction potential and establish a benchmark enterprise, systematic research and multiple rounds of technical evaluation were conducted on a 5,000 t/d cement clinker production line in Gansu Province. Key technical bottlenecks and operational pain points restricting further energy efficiency improvement were accurately identified, including poor heat exchange efficiency of the preheater, insufficient calciner volume, high raw NOx concentration, and excessive resistance in certain pipelines. A series of technical retrofit measures were implemented, such as upgrading the preheater from a five-stage to a six-stage system, expanding the calciner volume, applying in-depth self-denitrification technology in the calciner, reducing resistance in process pipelines, and installing high-efficiency energy-saving fans. As a result, the comprehensive energy consumption per unit of clinker reached 92.89 kgce/t, outperforming the Level 1 energy consumption requirement specified in GB 16780-2021. The annual savings amount to 0.885x104t of standard coal, 2.2x104t of CO2 emission reduction, and 3.75x106 kWh of electricity. The energy-saving and carbon-reduction effects are remarkable.
