| 针对水泥工业中生料立磨普遍存在的因入磨原料水分高、入磨风温低导致的磨盘物料流动性恶化问题,本研究从流体力学与固体颗粒力学原理出发,设计并优化了一种集成式磨盘排料与料层刮平装置。通过建立半工业试验与全规模工业应用的双重验证体系,量化了该装置在提升物料流动性、降低主电机电耗、缩短研磨周期及提升系统运行稳定性等方面的综合效益。应用结果表明,该装置相较改造前可使磨盘物料流动速度提升15%以上,主电机运行电流下降10%,单机年节电效益显著,为生料立磨实现高效、低耗、稳定运行提供了具有可操作性的技术解决方案与理论支撑。 |

| In the cement industry, raw material vertical mills commonly face the issue of deteriorating material flowability on the grinding disc due to high moisture content of the raw materials entering the mill and low inlet air temperature. Based on the principles of fluid mechanics and solid particle mechanics, this study designs and optimizes an integrated grinding disc discharge and material layer leveling device. This device innovatively integrates an adjustable scraping frame, a V-shaped discharge plate, and an inclined leveling plate in a systematic manner. By establishing a dual verification system of semi-industrial testing and full-scale industrial application, the comprehensive benefits of this device in terms of improving material flowability, reducing main motor power consumption, shortening grinding cycles, and enhancing system operational stability are quantified.The application results show that compared to before the transformation, this device can increase the material flow speed of the grinding disc by more than 15%, reduce the operating current of the main motor by 10%, and achieve significant annual electricity savings for a single machine. It provides an operable technical solution and theoretical support for the efficient, low-energy, and stable operation of the raw material vertical mill. |
