      针对我公司2套CLF180120B辊压机+Φ4.2 m×13.5 m的双闭路半终粉磨系统四台选粉机的传统迷宫密封结构存在的在高速气流环境下易磨损、寿命短的问题,提出了一种基于复合挡风帘与动态气压平衡的迷宫密封改进方法。该方法可将密封件寿命延长至2年以上,设备运行稳定,水泥质量可靠,系统能耗降低0.31 kWh/t,对水泥粉磨系统的节能降耗具有积极的行业指导意义。

      This paper proposes an improved maze sealing method based on composite wind barrier and dynamic air pressure balance, which has been applied in the four classifiers of the two sets of CLF180120 roller press+Φ4.2 m×13.5 m double circular flow semi-final grinding system in our company, and the running results show that it can extend the service life of sealing parts more than 2 years, the equipment operates stably, the cement quality is reliable, and the system energy consumption is reduced by 0.31 kWh/t, which has a positive guiding significance for energy saving and consumption reduction of the cement grinding system.
