| 针对辊压机柱钉辊面因“边缘效应”导致的不均匀磨损难题,在分析现有在线磨削方案效率低、维护不便等局限性的基础上,提出了两种解决方案:一是设计了一种可在线运行、磨削范围可调且砂瓦更换便捷的在线磨损均化装备,实现了在辊压机正常工作时对辊面的持续修整,并通过模拟试验验证了方案可行性;二是研发了一套高效的离线磨损均化装备,通过设计紧凑型防尘砂轮机与进给机构,可在停机检修期间快速完成辊面均化,工业应用结果表明该方案能有效恢复辊面平整度,显著提升辊压机做功效果。本研究为解决高价值柱钉辊套的不均匀磨损难题提供了高效可行的技术路径,对提升粉磨系统运行稳定性与经济效益具有重要应用价值。 |

| To address the problem of non-uniform wear on studded roller surfaces in roller presses caused by the “edge effect,” two solutions are proposed based on an analysis of the limitations of existing online grinding methods, such as low efficiency and inconvenient maintenance. First, an online wear homogenization device was designed that can operate during normal roller press operation, with adjustable grinding range and convenient sand tile replacement, enabling continuous surface conditioning. Simulation tests verified the feasibility of this approach. Second, an efficient offline wear homogenization system was developed, incorporating a compact dust-proof grinding machine and a feed mechanism, allowing rapid surface leveling during shutdown maintenance. Industrial application results demonstrate that this solution effectively restores surface flatness and significantly improves the working performance of the roller press. This study provides efficient and practical technical pathways for solving the non-uniform wear problem of high-value studded roller sleeves, offering important application value for enhancing the operational stability and economic efficiency of grinding systems. |
