| In response to the issues of high resistance in the preheater, air leakage in the system, poor cooling effect of the grate cooler, and high energy consumption in the 3 000 t/d dry cement production line, a series of renovations were carried out, including expanding the preheater mouth to reduce resistance, supplying air to the grate cooler in different zones, sealing and plugging leaks throughout the system, using permanent magnet direct-drive fans, improving the quality and efficiency of coal mills, and optimizing operations. After the renovation, the negative pressure of C1 decreased by 560 Pa, the oxygen content at the kiln tail dropped to 6.0%, the standard coal consumption for clinker and process power consumption decreased by 2.3 kg/t and 1.87 kWh/t respectively, and the annual comprehensive energy-saving benefit for producing 5000000 t of clinker was approximately 1.1 million yuan. |
