      针对 3 000 t/d 干法水泥生产线预热器阻力高、系统漏风、篦冷机冷却效果差、能耗偏高等问题,开展预热器扩口降阻、篦冷机分区供风、全系统密封堵漏、风机永磁直驱、煤磨提质增效及操作优化系列改造。改造后 C1 负压下降 560 Pa,窑尾氧含量降至 6.0%,熟料标准煤耗、工序电耗分别下降 2.3 kg/t、1.87 kWh/t,年产 50 万t熟料年综合节能效益约 110 万元。

      In response to the issues of high resistance in the preheater, air leakage in the system, poor cooling effect of the grate cooler, and high energy consumption in the 3 000 t/d dry cement production line, a series of renovations were carried out, including expanding the preheater mouth to reduce resistance, supplying air to the grate cooler in different zones, sealing and plugging leaks throughout the system, using permanent magnet direct-drive fans, improving the quality and efficiency of coal mills, and optimizing operations. After the renovation, the negative pressure of C1 decreased by 560 Pa, the oxygen content at the kiln tail dropped to 6.0%, the standard coal consumption for clinker and process power consumption decreased by 2.3 kg/t and 1.87 kWh/t respectively, and the annual comprehensive energy-saving benefit for producing 5000000 t of clinker was approximately 1.1 million yuan.
