| 采用化学分析(XRF)、物理检验、水化热测试、矿物组成分析(XRD)、活化能计算等手段分析了不同水泥在蒸压加气混凝土生产试验中的差异,研究表明水泥是浆体静停阶段的主要强度来源,不同水泥对制品的干密度和抗压强度影响较小,而对静停时间的长短影响明显,这主要源于水泥活化能的差异以及养护温度的高低。实验表明水泥活化能为57.68 kJ/mol时,蒸压加气混凝土(AAC)的静停时间仅需240 min,活化能为101.30 kJ/mol和104.04 kJ/mol时,静停时间为310~315 min。传统水泥质量控制指标(如凝结时间,3 d和28 d抗压强度等)与静停时间无明显相关性,仅依靠水泥凝结时间、早期强度等指标判断和选择水泥并不合理,因此开发蒸压加气混凝土专用水泥十分必要。 |

| In this study, the performance discrepancies of different cement types in autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) production trials were systematically analyzed via multiple characterization techniques, including X-ray fluorescence (XRF) for chemical composition analysis, physical property testing, hydration heat measurement, X-ray diffraction (XRD) for mineral phase identification, and activation energy calculation. The findings reveal that cement serves as the primary strength source during the static resting stage of the slurry. While variations in cement type exert minimal effects on the dry density and compressive strength of the final AAC products, they significantly influence the duration of the static resting period. This phenomenon is primarily attributed to differences in cement activation energy and the curing temperature conditions. Experimental results demonstrate that when the cement activation energy is 57.68 kJ/mol, the static resting time required for AAC is only 240 minutes; in contrast, for cements with activation energies of 101.30 kJ/mol and 104.04 kJ/mol, the static resting time extends to 310~315 minutes. Notably, traditional cement quality control indices (e.g., setting time, 3 d and 28 d compressive strengths) exhibit no significant correlation with the static resting time. Therefore, relying solely on indices such as cement setting time and early strength to evaluate and select cement for AAC production is scientifically unsound, highlighting the urgent need for developing specialized cement tailored to autoclaved aerated concrete applications. |
