      燃料替代是目前水泥工业应用较为广泛的碳减排技术,本文采用热重分析方法,对常见替代燃料的燃烧特性和反应动力学进行研究。结果表明,替代燃料的燃烧过程基本分为水分蒸发、挥发分析出及燃烧、焦炭燃烧三个阶段,其中挥发分析出阶段的表观活化能较高。生物质着火温度低,综合燃烧特性较好,反应更快。本文研究成果可为替代燃料在水泥工业的应用提供理论依据。

      Fuel substitution is the most widely used carbon emission reduction technology in the cement industry. Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) was adopted to investigate the combustion characteristics and kinetic reaction behavior of alternative fuels in this study. The results show that the combustion process of alternative fuels can be divided into three stages: moisture evaporation stage, volatile matter release and combustion stage, and fixed carbon combustion stage, the apparent activation energy during the volatile matter release stage is higher. The ignition temperature of biomass is lower than other alternative fuel, and the biomass has excellent comprehensive combustion characteristics. The research results provide a theoretical basis for the application of alternative fuels in the cement industry.
