      为解决水泥辊压机联合粉磨系统中磨内过粉磨、选粉机能力不足导致的粉磨效率低、能耗偏高问题,我公司对2#水泥磨G180-160辊压机联合粉磨系统实施半终粉磨技术改造。通过颗粒级配检测发现辊压机入磨物料中32 μm以下有效颗粒占比达71.94%,存在大量合格细粉,据此利用现有动态选粉机设计半终粉磨技改方案,将辊压机挤压后物料中的成品直接分选入库,回粉部分循环挤压、部分入磨粉磨。通过新增三通分料阀、优化物料输送通道等改造调整实现。改造后,磨机台时产量提升9.6 t/h,工序电耗下降0.5 kWh/t,循环负荷率从161.01%降至113.19%,选粉效率从43.14%提升至52.35%,改造总投入仅2万元,效果良好。

      To address the issues of over-grinding in the cement roller press combined grinding system and insufficient capacity of the powder concentrator, which lead to low grinding efficiency and high energy consumption, our company implemented a semi-finished grinding technology transformation for the 2# cement mill G180-160 roller press combined grinding system. Through particle size distribution testing, it was found that the proportion of effective particles below 32 micrometers in the roller press's inlet material reached 71.94%, indicating a significant amount of qualified fine powder. Based on this, a semi-finished grinding technology transformation plan was designed using the existing dynamic powder concentrator. The finished products from the roller press's extruded material were directly sorted and stored, while the recycled powder was partially recirculated for extrusion and partially fed into the mill for grinding. This was achieved through modifications such as adding a three-way distributing valve and optimizing the material conveying channel. After the renovation, the output per hour of the grinding machine increased by 9.6 t/h, the power consumption per process decreased by 0.5 kWh/t, the cycle load rate dropped from 161.01% to 113.19%, and the powder selection efficiency rose from 43.14% to 52.35%. The total investment for the renovation was 200000 yuan, and the results were satisfactory.
