      针对水泥窑协同处置生活垃圾项目,垃圾渗沥液处理成本高、常规工艺适配性差的行业难题,本文提出将垃圾渗沥液替代部分工艺水,作为生料磨助磨剂的资源化利用方案。依托5 000 t/d熟料生产线开展中试,对比了空白工况与4 t/h渗沥液投加工况的生料性能及烟气排放特性。试验结果表明:投加渗沥液不会改变生料的化学组分、矿物结构及重金属本底含量;可显著提升生料研磨效果,生料台时产量由484 t/h提升至492 t/h,80 μm筛余降低,细颗粒占比提升,比表面积由455.0 m²/kg增至498.8 m²/kg。检测了投加4 t/h渗沥液、连续运行72 h工况下的臭气、氨、重金属、NOx、SO2、二噁英等污染物排放,均满足标准限值。该试验结果为水泥厂渗沥液低成本资源化处置提供了新思路。

      To solve the problems of high cost and poor adaptability of conventional processes for leachate during domestic waste co-processing in cement kilns, this paper proposes a resource utilization method using leachate to replace partial process water as a raw mill grinding aid. A pilot test was carried out on a 5 000 t/d clinker production line to investigate raw meal performance and flue gas emissions under blank and 4 t/h leachate dosing conditions. The results indicate that leachate addition poses no impact on the chemical composition, mineral structure and heavy metal background of raw meal. It effectively improves grinding efficiency, with the raw meal hourly output increasing from 484 t/h to 492 t/h, lower 80 μm sieve residue, higher fine particle proportion, and specific surface area rising from 455.0 m²/kg to 498.8 m²/kg. All emissions of odor, ammonia, heavy metals, NOx, SO2 and dioxins meet the limits of related standard when feeding 4 t/h leachate 72 h. This trying results provide a novel low-cost resource disposal approach for cement plants.
