| 当前水泥窑协同处置危固废缺少统一能耗核算方法,不利于企业能耗管控。本文按预处理电耗、入窑电耗、入窑煤耗划分测算单元,采用估算法与热平衡法,分别建立在线、离线两种处置工艺能耗计算模型,明确高温风机耗电分摊、系统热量平衡计算流程。结合两条生产线实测核算,得出废物水分、热值、系统漏风是能耗关键影响因素,并配套给出预处理减水、堵漏、数字化管控等实操节能方案,为水泥企业核算处置能耗提供技术参考。 |

| Currently, there is a lack of a unified energy consumption accounting method for the co-processing of hazardous and solid wastes in cement kilns, which is not conducive to energy consumption control for enterprises. This paper divides the calculation units based on pre-treatment power consumption, kiln input power consumption, and kiln input coal consumption. Using estimation and heat balance methods, it establishes online and offline energy consumption calculation models for two disposal processes, clarifying the power consumption allocation of high-temperature fans and the calculation process of system heat balance. Combined with actual measurements and accounting from two production lines, it is concluded that waste moisture, calorific value, and system air leakage are key factors affecting energy consumption. Practical energy-saving solutions such as water reduction during pre-treatment, leak prevention, and digital control are provided, offering technical references for cement enterprises to account for disposal energy consumption. |
