| 水泥工业是能源消耗与污染物排放大户。在“双碳”战略背景下,采用替代燃料是实现绿色转型的重要途径。然而,替代燃料的复杂组分可能影响窑系统内氮氧化物(NOx)的生成与脱除。本文以江山市何家山水泥有限公司3 200 t/d水泥熟料生产线为研究对象,分析了以废弃纺织物(废纺)作为替代燃料对NOx排放及选择性非催化还原(SNCR)、选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝系统的影响。结果表明,使用废纺后,分解炉出口NOx初始浓度(标况下)由621 mg/m3升至715 mg/m3,主要归因于高挥发分氮转化率及窑内煅烧温度提升。同时,分解炉出口CO浓度大幅升高(从710×10-6 增至3 179×10-6 ),导致SNCR最佳反应温度窗口向低温区偏移,从而降低了脱硝效率。由于所用废纺的硫、氯含量较低,对SCR系统的负面影响可忽略。本研究为水泥窑协同处置替代燃料时的NOx控制提供了实践依据。 |

| The cement industry is a major consumer of energy and a significant source of pollutant emissions. Against the backdrop of the “Dual Carbon” strategy, the adoption of alternative fuels represents a crucial pathway towards its green transition. However, the complex composition of alternative fuels may influence the generation and removal of nitrogen oxides (NOx) within the kiln system. This paper investigates the impact of using waste textiles as an alternative fuel on NOxemissions and the performance of Selective Non-Catalytic Reduction (SNCR) and Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) denitrification systems in a 3 200 t/d cement clinker production line of Jiangshan Hejiashan Cement Co., Ltd. The results indicate that after utilizing waste textiles, the initial NOx concentration(standard condition) at the outlet of the precalciner increased from 621 mg/m3 to 715 mg/m3. This rise is primarily attributed to the high conversion rate of volatile nitrogen in the fuel and an elevated combustion temperature within the kiln. Simultaneously, the CO concentration at the precalciner outlet significantly increased (from 710×10-6 to 3 179×10-6), causing the optimal reaction temperature window for SNCR to shift towards lower temperatures, thereby reducing its denitrification efficiency. The sulfur and chlorine content in the waste textiles used was relatively low, resulting in negligible adverse effects on the SCR system. This study provides practical insights for NOx control during the co-processing of alternative fuels in cement kilns. |
