英文摘要:
      By increasing the volume of the reduction zone in the preheater calciner, the initial NOx concentration is reduced (the background value of NOx at C1 outlet without ammonia water injection is ≤260 mg/m³). Then, it is further removed to below 50 mg/m³ through a mini high-temperature high-dust SCR device, achieving ultra-low NOx emission standards. The feasibility and economy of the combined mini high-temperature high-dust SCR technology path for self-denitration of nitrogen oxides in cement kilns using a preheater calciner were explored. The actual transformation project explored and verified the investment cost and operating cost. In terms of investment cost, the scale of the SCR device was reduced due to the reduction of upstream NOx,and the investment in equipment and catalysts decreased by about 30%. In terms of operating cost, the unit consumption of ammonia water decreased by more than 50%, and the annual operating cost decreased by about 40% compared to the single SCR technology. The amount of SCR catalyst replacement in the later stage was reduced by more than half compared to conventional projects, and the catalyst replacement cost decreased by 30%.
