      废旧纺织品用作分解炉替代燃料,既能实现固废资源化,又能降低化石燃料消耗,是水泥行业达成“双碳”目标的有效路径。本文借助CFD模拟分析技术,以5 000 t/d熟料生产线分解炉为研究载体,聚焦废旧纺织品替代燃料,系统模拟分析其使用后炉内温度场、气体流场及颗粒浓度场的变化特征。结果表明:掺烧废旧纺织品后,分解炉主燃烧区域显著后移,出口温度升高约50 ℃,同时伴随碳酸钙分解滞后现象。建议采用多点喂料、降低燃料粒径及减少进料水分等优化手段,以有效缓解替代燃料对分解炉内部燃烧过程的不利影响,为其合理应用提供技术参考。

      Using waste textiles as alternative fuel for decomposing furnaces not only facilitates the resource recovery of solid waste but also reduces fossil fuel consumption, representing an effective path for the cement industry to achieve its “dual carbon” goals. This paper employs Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulation analysis technology, focusing on a 50000 t/d clinker production line decomposing furnace as the research subject, and specifically examines the use of waste textiles as alternative fuel. It systematically simulates and analyzes the characteristics of changes in the temperature field, gas flow field, and particle concentration field within the furnace after the introduction of this alternative fuel. The results indicate that, after the co-firing of waste textiles, the main combustion zone of the decomposing furnace significantly shifts backward, with an outlet temperature increase of approximately 50 ℃, accompanied by a lagging phenomenon in calcium carbonate decomposition. It is recommended to adopt optimization measures such as multi-point feeding, reducing fuel particle size, and decreasing feed moisture content. These measures can effectively mitigate the adverse effects of alternative fuel on the internal combustion process of the decomposing furnace, providing technical references for its rational application.
