      针对水泥行业高能耗、高碳排放及农林固废资源化利用难题,依托新疆阿克苏某4 000 t/d新型干法水泥生产线,开展以棉花秸秆、果树枝等农林固废为原料的生物质替代燃料应用研究。采用破碎预处理+阶梯预燃炉+分解炉扩容改造集成技术路线,解决生物质燃料水分高、燃尽时间长、易造成窑系统结皮堵塞与工况波动等行业共性问题。工业运行结果表明:系统热替代率达14.97%,吨熟料标煤耗由96.44 kg降至82 kg,年节约燃煤2.05万t,减排CO2 4.39万t;吨熟料氨水用量降低42.7%,NOx排放稳定达标;系统阻力、温度等关键参数均在安全可控范围内,熟料质量与生产线运行稳定满足生产要求。

      Aiming at the dual challenges of high energy consumption and high carbon emissions in the cement industry, as well as the demand for resource utilization of agricultural and forestry solid wastes, this paper conducts an application study on biomass alternative fuels derived from agricultural and forestry residues including cotton stalks and fruit tree branches, based on a 4 000 t/d new dry-process cement production line in Aksu, Xinjiang. An integrated technical route consisting of crushing pretreatment, step combustor, and capacity expansion retrofitting of the calciner was adopted, to solve the common industrial pain points caused by biomass fuel combustion, including high moisture content, long burnout time, proneness to scaling and blockage, and operational fluctuations of the firing system. The industrial operation results show that the thermal substitution rate reaches 14.7%; the standard coal consumption per ton of clinker is reduced from 96.44 kg to 82 kg, achieving an annual coal saving of 20 500 tons and an annual CO2 emission reduction of 43 900 t. The ammonia consumption per ton of clinker is reduced by 42.7%, with NOx emissions meeting the standard stably. Key parameters including system resistance and temperature are within the safe and controllable range, while the clinker quality and operation stability of the production line fully meet the production requirements.
