      本文以位于沙特阿拉伯北方边境省图赖夫市的一家日产5 000 t熟料的水泥生产线为具体案例,研究其利用炭黑作为替代燃料,通过改造窑头燃烧器部分替代重油进行熟料煅烧的实践。文章重点论述了窑头燃烧器及配套系统的改造方案,评估了炭黑-重油混燃对煅烧过程、熟料质量及系统稳定性的影响。研究结果显示,在20%热值替代率下,吨熟料燃料成本下降12.3%,年减排化石CO2约2.69万t,投资回收期18个月。该项目在特定掺加比例下取得了良好的经济效益与环境效益,为资源匮乏的边境地区工业可持续发展提供了可行的技术路径。

      This paper takes a cement production line with a daily output of 5 000 t of clinker located in the city of Turaif, Northern Border Province, Saudi Arabia, as a specific case study. It explores the practice of using black carbon powder as an alternative fuel to replace heavy oil in clinker calcination through the modification of the kiln head burner. The paper focuses on the modification plan for the kiln head burner and its supporting system, and evaluates the impact of mixed combustion of black carbon powder and heavy oil on the calcination process, clinker quality, and system stability. The research results show that at a 20% heat value substitution rate, the fuel cost per ton of clinker decreases by 12.3%, with an annual reduction of approximately 26 900 t of fossil CO2 emissions, and an investment recovery period of 18 months. This project has achieved good economic and environmental benefits at specific mixing ratios, providing a feasible technical path for sustainable industrial development in border areas with limited resources.
