      磷尾矿在生料中配料后熟料MgO等元素含量增加明显,导致熟料矿物组成发生变化,进而对熟料强度、稠度及凝结时间产生影响。其中MgO的固溶导致熟料C3S含量及3 d抗压强度增加,并且SO3(硫碱比)的增加,有利于熟料中M1型C3S含量及M1型与M3型C3S比例的增加,而M1型C3S与熟料3 d和28 d抗压强度均呈正相关。为此,通过将饱和比控制在0.900左右,硫碱比由0.4提至0.7左右,以稳定适宜的C3S和C2S含量,并提高M1型C3S含量及其比例,使得熟料3 d抗压强度稳定在35 MPa以上,且28 d抗压强度不受影响。

      After being mixed with raw materials, the content of elements such as MgO in the clinker increases significantly, leading to changes in the mineral composition of the clinker, which in turn affects the strength, consistency, and setting time of the clinker. The solid solution of MgO leads to an increase in the C3S content and 3 d compressive strength of clinker, and an increase in SO3 (sulfur alkali ratio) is beneficial for the increase of M1 type C3S content and the ratio of M1 type to M3 type C3S in clinker. M1 type C3S is positively correlated with the 3 d and 28 d compressive strength of clinker. To this end, by controlling the saturation ratio at around 0.900 and increasing the sulfur alkali ratio from 0.4 to around 0.7, the appropriate C3S and C2S content can be stabilized, and the M1 type C3S content and its ratio can be increased, so that the 3 d compressive strength of the clinker can be stabilized above 35 MPa, and the 28 d compressive strength is not affected.
