      本文以A公司3个不同生产阶段的熟料为研究对象,通过成分分析、X射线衍射(XRD)测试及物理性能检测等综合手段,系统探究硫元素的来源特征、赋存形态及硫碱比对熟料性能的影响规律。研究结果表明:硫元素在熟料体系中优先与碱金属发生反应,生成稳定的硫酸盐矿物并固化于熟料中;高硫煤的使用可显著促进硫铝酸钙矿物的形成;当熟料中存在较高含量的亚硫形态时,会导致生产过程中 SO2排放浓度显著升高;熟料标准稠度与硫碱比呈现明显的负相关关系,且当硫碱比控制在0.7~1.0区间时,熟料的3 d、28 d强度表现最优,整体性能最为稳定。

      Taking clinker samples from three different production stages of Company A as the research objects, this paper systematically explores the source characteristics, occurrence forms of sulfur and the influence law of sulfur-alkali ratio on clinker performance by means of comprehensive methods including composition analysis, X-ray diffraction (XRD) test and physical property detection. The results show that sulfur in the clinker system preferentially reacts with alkali metals to form stable sulfate minerals which are then solidified in the clinker; the use of high-sulfur coal can significantly promote the formation of calcium sulfoaluminate minerals; when the clinker contains a relatively high content of sulfite, the SO2 emission concentration during the production process will increase significantly; the standard consistency of clinker has an obvious negative correlation with the sulfur-alkali ratio, and when the sulfur-alkali ratio is controlled within the range of 0.7~1.0, the 3 d and 28 d strengths of clinker achieve the optimal performance, and the overall properties are the most stable.
