| 本文针对 GG 公司熟料标准稠度需水量持续偏高(最高达 28.4%)的问题,从 C₃A 含量、硫碱比、煅烧及冷却过程分析成因。通过优化生料配料为五组分、调控硫碱比、调整燃烧器与煤粉细度、改造篦冷机供风方式等措施,有效降低 C₃A含量,改善熟料晶体发育与急冷效果,使熟料需水量稳定至 25.0%,提升熟料强度与水泥品质。 |

| This paper addresses the problem of consistently high water demand for normal consistency of clinker (up to 28.4%) in GG Company. Causes are analyzed from C₃A content, sulfur-alkali ratio, calcination and cooling processes. Measures including optimizing raw meal proportioning to five-components, adjusting sulfur-alkali ratio, tuning burner and coal fineness, revamping air supply of grate cooler are taken. C₃A content is reduced, clinker crystal development and quenching effect are improved. The water demand is stabilized at 25.0%, enhancing clinker strength and cement quality. |
