| 水泥工程企业在承接国际项目中，面临越来越激烈的竞争局面，利润空间不断被压缩。本文以水泥工程企业项目中的物流成本为研究对象，结合实际项目案例，系统分析物流成本影响因素与构成，分析了物流成本管控现存问题，并基于全生命周期物流成本理论提出全过程管控措施与实践路径。旨在为水泥工程企业降低物流成本、提升国际化运营水平提供理论参考与实践借鉴，推动水泥工程企业在海外市场实现高质量发展。 |

| Cement engineering enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition in undertaking international projects, and their profit margins are continuously being compressed. This paper takes logistics costs in cement engineering enterprise projects as the research object, combines actual project cases, systematically analyzes the influencing factors and composition of logistics costs, examines existing issues in logistics cost control, and proposes whole-process control measures and practical paths based on the theory of life-cycle logistics costs. The aim is to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for cement engineering enterprises to reduce logistics costs and enhance their international operation level, thereby promoting high-quality development in overseas markets. |
