| 针对富水砂层治理中注浆材料可注性差、扩散范围小和成本高等问题,使用数值模拟方法研究赤泥基注浆材料在富水砂层中的加固效果。以某富水砂土基坑实际工程为例,选用前期试验确定的最佳配合比注浆材料,根据室内试验确定注浆加固体物理参数,利用Plaxis有限元软件进行模拟,得到无渗流工况、渗流工况和加固工况下的变形模拟以及失稳破坏模拟结果。对比分析三种工况模拟结果,发现经过注浆加固之后,基坑的最大水平变形比未注浆时减少了89.3%,垂直变形降低了40.8%,安全系数从0.6提升至1.61,且侧壁涌水量降低了95%,基坑侧壁的薄弱点从砂土层区域移动到杂填土区域,砂土层的不良性质得到改善,注浆效果显著。 |

| To address the challenges of poor injectability, limited diffusion range, and high cost of grouting materials in the treatment of water-rich sand layers, a numerical simulation method was employed to study the reinforcement effect of a red mud-based grouting material in such layers. Based on an actual engineering project involving a water-rich sandy soil foundation pit, the optimal mix proportion of the grouting material determined from preliminary experiments was selected. Physical parameters of the grouted reinforced body were obtained through laboratory tests. Using the Plaxis finite element software, simulations were conducted to obtain deformation and instability failure results under three conditions: no seepage, seepage, and reinforcement. A comparative analysis of the simulation results under the three conditions revealed that after grouting reinforcement, the maximum horizontal deformation of the foundation pit was reduced by 89.3% compared to that without grouting, while the vertical deformation decreased by 40.8%. The safety factor increased from 0.6 to 1.61, and the sidewall water inflow decreased by 95%. Furthermore, the weak points of the foundation pit sidewall shifted from the sand layer to the miscellaneous fill area, indicating that the unfavorable properties of the sand layer were effectively improved. The grouting effect was thus proven to be significant. |
