      针对尼日利亚某燃煤电厂废水硬度高、含盐量高的极端水质特征,本研究采用高效节能的全膜法水处理技术,可实现工业废水的高回收率。工艺优化要点为:采用化学软化+多介质过滤预处理降低膜结垢风险;通过一级两段反渗透系统与浓水回流优化,使系统回收率达80%以上;采用板框压滤机实现深度脱水,泥饼含水率降至80%以下。本文分析了该燃煤电厂废水处理设备选型与工程难题解决方案,旨在为同类海外EPC项目提供参考。
英文摘要:
      In response to the extreme water quality characteristics of high hardness and high salt content in the wastewater from a coal-fired power plant in Nigeria, this study adopts an efficient and energy-saving full-membrane water treatment technology, which can achieve a high recovery rate of industrial wastewater. The key points of process optimization are as follows: using chemical softening + multi-media filtration pretreatment to reduce the risk of membrane scaling; optimizing the system recovery rate to over 80% through a two-stage reverse osmosis system and concentrated water reflux; using a plate and frame filter press to achieve deep dewatering, reducing the moisture content of the mud cake to below 80%. This article analyzes equipment selection and solutions to engineering challenges, aiming to provide a reference for similar overseas EPC projects.
