| 水泥生产中,高粘湿物料(如黏土、铝矾土、浮石等)因其显著的高含水率与强黏附特性,易在破碎、储存、输送及配料等环节出现结拱、粘壁及堵料等问题,严重影响生产系统的连续性与运行效率。本文结合水泥厂工艺生产实际,从物料理化特性、工艺流程适配、储存结构优化、输送设备选型及辅助处理技术等五个方面,系统分析高粘湿物料处理的技术难点,提出预配料混合、料仓大倾角与防粘改造、溜槽优化、预烘干与预晾晒等综合技术方案,并结合非洲工程案例验证其有效性。研究成果旨在为水泥厂同类物料的科学处置提供系统的技术参考与工程实践指导。 |

| In cement production, high-viscosity and wet materials such as clay, bauxite and pumice feature high moisture content and strong adhesion. They are prone to arching, wall adhesion and material blockage during crushing, storage, conveying and batching, which seriously disrupt production continuity and operational efficiency.Combined with actual cement plant production processes, this paper systematically analyzes technical difficulties in handling such materials from five aspects: physical and chemical properties, process adaptability, storage structure optimization, conveying equipment selection and auxiliary treatment technologies. Comprehensive solutions including pre-batching mixing, steep-angle and anti-sticking silo modification, chute optimization, pre-drying and sunning are proposed. The effectiveness of the solutions is verified via African engineering cases.The research findings provide systematic technical reference and practical guidance for the rational disposal of similar materials in cement plants. |
