| 混凝土搅拌时间、水泥的温度以及粉煤灰的掺量对混凝土的和易性有重要的影响,这些影响因素对混凝土和易性有着不同的影响特性。试验表明:(1) 混凝土拌合物最佳的搅拌时间:首先水泥、粉煤灰、砂、石等干料干混20min,然后将液体外加剂加入拌合水中搅拌均匀,最后将拌有外加剂的拌和水加入混合均匀的干料中搅拌2 min;(2) 混凝土坍落度随着水泥温度的升高而降低,在使用时一般将水泥温度控制在50 ℃以下;(3) 粉煤灰掺量不超过40%时,混凝土拌和物的坍落度随着粉煤灰掺量的增加而增大。 |

| The mixing time of concrete, the temperature of cement and the amount of fly ash have important impacts on the work ability of concrete, and these influencing factors have different influence characteristics on the work ability of concrete. Tests show that: (1) The optimal mixing time for concrete mixtures is as follows: Firstly, dry-mix dry materials such as cement, fly ash, sand and stones for 2 min. Then, add liquid admixtures into the mixing water and stir evenly. Finally, add the mixing water with admixtures into the uniformly mixed dry materials and stir for another 2 min. (2) The slump of concrete mixtures decreases as the temperature of cement rises. Generally, the temperature of cement is controlled below 50 °C during when use. (3) When the amount of fly ash does not exceed 40%, the slump of concrete mixtures increases as the amount of fly ash increases. |
