      为解决装配式建筑非承重构件自重过大及保温性能不足的问题,本文通过试验研究了不同陶粒掺量对混凝土表观密度、抗压强度及导热系数的影响。基于试验得出的最佳配合比,试制了轻质混凝土预制墙板,并阐述了从搅拌、浇筑到现场安装的全过程施工技术。研究结果表明:当页岩陶粒体积替代率达到40%~50%时,混凝土280d抗压强度维持在25 MPa以上,干表观密度降至1450 kg/m³以下,具备优良的力学性能与热工性能。该技术在工程应用中有效降低了结构自重,提升了施工效率。 关键词:陶粒混凝土;配合比设计;预制构件;施工

      To address the issues of excessive self-weight and insufficient thermal insulation performance of non-structural components in prefabricated buildings, this study experimentally investigates the effects of different ceramsite dosages on the apparent density, compressive strength, and thermal conductivity of concrete. Based on the optimum mix ratio obtained from the experiments, lightweight precast concrete wall panels were manufactured, and the entire construction process from mixing and pouring to on-site installation is described. The results show that when the volume replacement rate of shale ceramsite reaches 40%~50%, the 28 d compressive strength of the concrete remains above 25 MPa, and the dry apparent density drops below 1 450 kg/m³, demonstrating excellent mechanical properties and thermal performance. This technology effectively reduces structural loads and improves construction efficiency in engineering applications.
