| 针对传统混凝土预制构件存在自重过大、保温隔热性能欠佳以及吊装运输成本偏高等问题,本文以实际工程为依托,展开了页岩陶粒混凝土的配合比设计以及性能试验工作,借助正交试验,剖析了水胶比、砂率以及陶粒预湿程度对混凝土工作性能、密度以及抗压强度所产生的影响,确定了 LC30 陶粒混凝土的最佳配合比,阐述了轻质预制构件的生产工艺控制要点以及现场施工连接技术。工程应用表明,该陶粒混凝土构件表观密度控制在10550 kg/m³以内,28 d抗压强度达到34.5 MPa,有效减轻了结构自重,且施工效率提升显著,具有良好的推广价值。 |

| In view of the problems of traditional concrete prefabricated components such as excessive self-weight, poor thermal insulation performance, and high lifting and transportation costs, this paper, based on practical engineering, conducts the mix proportion design and performance testing of shale ceramsite concrete. With the help of orthogonal experiments, it analyzes the influence of water-binder ratio, sand ratio, and ceramsite pre-wetting degree on the workability, density, and compressive strength of concrete, and determines the optimal mix proportion of LC30 ceramsite concrete. Based on this, the key points of production process control and on-site construction connection technology for lightweight prefabricated components are elaborated. The results of engineering application show that the apparent density of the ceramsite concrete components is controlled within 1 550 kg/m³, and the 28 d compressive strength reaches 34.5 MPa, effectively reducing the structural self-weight and significantly improving construction efficiency. It has good promotion value. |
