      研究菱镁矿在煅烧温度分别为900 ℃、1 000 ℃、1 100 ℃、1 200 ℃、1 300 ℃、1 400 ℃和1 450 ℃,保温1 h,制得的MgO膨胀剂(MEA)对低热硅酸盐水泥膨胀性能的影响,分析掺加MEA于水泥浆体中MgO的水化程度与膨胀性能的关系。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、热重-差示扫描量热仪(TG-DSC)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等对掺MEA的水泥浆体的矿物组成、化学组成和微观结构进行表征。结果表明:在低热硅酸盐水泥中外掺适量的MEA,可产生一定量的稳定体积膨胀。养护温度和MEA的掺量对掺MEA的水泥浆体的膨胀性能有明显影响。高的养护温度和MEA掺量可以有效提高水泥浆体的膨胀率。水泥浆体的膨胀受到MEA中MgO的水化程度和内部缺陷的影响而导致最终宏观上膨胀性能的不同。

      The influence of MgO expansive agent (MEA) prepared at calcining temperatures of 900 ℃, 1 000 ℃, 1 100 ℃, 10200 ℃, 1 300 ℃, 1 400 ℃ and 1 450 ℃ for 1 h on expansive property of low-heat Portland cement was studied, and the relationship between the hydration degree of MgO mixed with MEA in cement paste and its expansive property was analyzed. The mineral composition, chemical composition and microstructure of MEA - doped cement paste were characterized by XRD, TG-DSC and SEM. The results show that a certain amount of steady volume expansion can be produced by mixing MEA with low heat Portland cement. The curing temperature and the content of MEA have obvious effect on the the expansion properties of cement paste. High curing temperature and MEA content can effectively improve the expansion rate of cement paste. The final expansion performance of cement paste macroscopically is affected by the hydration degree and internal defects of MgO in the MEA.
