      篦冷机是水泥生产中的关键热工设备,其冷却效率直接影响熟料质量、系统能耗与余热回收水平。本文基于稳态热平衡原理,构建了描述熟料冷却过程的两种数学模型:基于传热微分方程的指数模型与基于特征点拟合的二次多项式模型。借助Excel工具对模型进行了数值求解,并采用实际工况参数进行了对比分析。研究表明,指数模型物理意义明确,能合理预测熟料与热空气温度的连续变化;二次多项式模型在拟合区间内可快速估算高温热风趋势,适用于热效率评估,但其外推会导致熟料温度预测异常,违背物理规律。本文系统分析了两种模型的适用范围与局限性,为篦冷机优化操作与设计提供了兼具理论性与实用性的工具。

      The grate cooler is a critical thermal device in cement production, the cooling efficiency of which directly influences clinker quality, system energy consumption, and waste heat recovery levels. Based on the principle of steady-state thermal equilibrium, this paper establishes two mathematical models to describe the clinker cooling process: an exponential model based on heat transfer differential equations and a quadratic polynomial model based on characteristic point fitting. Numerical solutions of the models were obtained using Excel, and a comparative analysis was conducted using actual operating parameters. The study indicates that the exponential model has clear physical significance and can reasonably predict the continuous temperature changes of clinker and hot air. Conversely, the quadratic polynomial model allows for rapid estimation of high-temperature air trends within the fitting interval, making it suitable for thermal efficiency assessment; however, its extrapolation leads to abnormal predictions of clinker temperature, violating physical laws. This paper systematically analyzes the applicability and limitations of both models, providing theoretical and practical tools for the optimal operation and design of grate coolers.
