| 本文针对我公司闭路磨在生产P·C42.5水泥时,相比开路磨所表现出的质量波动大、熟料单耗高、颗粒级配不合理等问题,开展系统研究。通过系统分析、工艺调整与设备改造,优化粉磨细度与颗粒级配,我公司闭路磨生产达到了与开路磨相当的质量水平,同时实现了熟料单耗的同步降低。本研究为同类水泥企业在满足新标准要求下,优化粉磨工艺、降低生产成本提供了切实可行的实践案例与技术路径。 |

| This paper conducts a systematic study on the issues exhibited by our company's closed-circuit mill during the production of P·C42.5 cement, such as large quality fluctuations, high clinker unit consumption, and unreasonable particle size distribution compared to an open-circuit mill. Through systematic analysis, process adjustment, and equipment modification, we have optimized the grinding fineness and particle size distribution, achieving a quality level comparable to that of open-circuit grinding in our closed-circuit grinding production, while simultaneously reducing the unit consumption of clinker.This study provides a practical case and technical path for similar cement enterprises to optimize the grinding process and reduce production costs while meeting the requirements of the new standard. |
