| 针对小辊压机循环预粉磨闭路系统中,因溜槽式打散选粉机打散与选粉能力不足,导致辊压机运行不稳定,入磨物料粒径偏大、球磨机负荷过高的技术难题,本研究通过三项关键技术措施实施系统性改造:一是替换辊压机系统V型静态选粉机,强化打散和分选能力;二是优化球磨机研磨体级配及填充率参数,提升粉磨效能匹配性;三是对高效选粉机进行操作参数寻优,稳定分选效率。改造后粉磨系统台时产量提高了20 t/h,工段电耗降低了2.3 kWh/t,节能效果显著。 |

| To address the technical challenges in a closed-circuit pre-grinding system with a small roller press, where insufficient scattering and classifying capacity of the chute-type scatter classifier led to unstable roller press operation, oversized material particles entering the ball mill, and excessive load on the ball mill, this study implemented systematic modifications through three key technical measures: First, the roller press system was retrofitted by replacing the original equipment with a V-type static classifier to enhance scattering and classifying capabilities. Second, the grinding media gradation and filling rate of the ball mill were optimized to improve the compatibility of grinding efficiency. Third, the operational parameters of the high-efficiency classifier were fine-tuned to stabilize classification performance. After the renovation, the system's hourly output increased by 20 t, while the power consumption per ton of material in the grinding section was reduced by 2.3 kWh, demonstrating significant energy-saving effects. |
