      本文提出一种适用于辊压机粉磨系统的能效预测模型。该模型基于第三粉碎理论,通过易碎性试验获取物料的挤压功指数、比表面积、细度、能耗及产量等关键参数,并与实际生产数据进行关联分析,从而预测出特定工况下的生产指标。该方法可为辊压机等料床粉碎设备的设计选型、效率评估、生产调控及粉磨效率提升提供有效的分析工具。本模型具有试验用料少、操作简便等优点,可作为辊压机智能化控制的核心算法,为解决产能预测困难、试验周期长、生产过程缺乏可靠预测工具等问题,提供了新的研究方法与技术途径。
英文摘要:
      This paper proposes an energy efficiency prediction model for roller press grinding systems. Based on the third comminution theory, the model obtains key parameters such as the compression work index, specific surface area, fineness, energy consumption, and output of materials through fragility tests. These parameters are correlated with actual production data to predict production indicators under specific operating conditions. The method provides an effective analytical tool for the design selection, efficiency evaluation, production regulation, and grinding efficiency improvement of roller presses and other bed crushing equipment. With advantages such as low material consumption and simple operation, this model can serve as the core algorithm for intelligent control of roller presses, offering a new method and technical approach to address challenges such as difficulty in capacity prediction, long test cycles, and the lack of reliable prediction tools in production processes.
