| 水泥窑余热发电排放的烟气温度与低温多效蒸馏海水淡化所需热源温度区间存在重合,为二者耦合提供了热力可行性基础。针对这一技术路径,文章分析了水泥窑余热资源特性和低温多效蒸馏海水淡化技术的适配性,并基于某沿海水泥生产线的实际工况,设计了烟气-热水换热耦合余热发电系统的海水淡化工艺。根据设计参数与同类工程经验,系统投入运行后预期可实现淡水稳定产出,设计产量达300 t/d,吨水综合电耗1.25 kWh,验证了水泥窑余热驱动海水淡化的技术可行性。 |

| The temperature range of flue gas emitted from cement kiln waste heat power generation overlaps with the temperature range of heat source required for low-temperature multi-effect distillation seawater desalination, providing a thermodynamic feasibility basis for the coupling of the two. Based on this technical path, the article analyzes the characteristics of cement kiln waste heat resources and the adaptability of low-temperature multi-effect distillation seawater desalination technology. Based on the actual operating conditions of a coastal cement production line, a seawater desalination process for a flue gas-hot water heat exchange coupled waste heat power generation system is designed. According to the design parameters and similar engineering experience, the system is expected to achieve stable freshwater production after being put into operation, with a design output of 300 t/d and a comprehensive electricity consumption of 1.25 kWh/t of water, verifying the technical feasibility of cement kiln waste heat-driven seawater desalination. |
