| 本文对我公司熟料生产线窑尾使用废纺作为替代燃料前后的生产参数进行了标定和统计,根据标定数据及生产参数对比分析,在窑尾设置阶梯式预燃炉的情况下,窑尾使用废纺后,可实现窑尾燃料热值替代率55%,烧成系统熟料产量由302350t/d降至301280t/d,熟料烧成热耗由693.5×4.18 kJ/kg升高至726.5×4.18 kJ/kg,预热器出口温度由274.6 ℃升高至297.9 ℃,预热器系统总体运行风量及系统阻力变化不大。此外,使用废纺后,C1旋风筒出口粉尘的D50粒径为6.074 μm,较未使用废纺时下降0.524 μm,C1旋风筒分离效率由93.4%降至92.5%。 |

| This article calibrates and statistically analyzes the production parameters of our company's clinker production line kiln inlet before and after using waste textiles as alternative fuel. By the comparison and analysis of calibration data and production parameters,After using waste textiles at the kiln inlet, it is found that with the installation of a stepped pre-combustion furnace at the kiln inlet, a fuel heat value substitution rate of 55% can be achieved. the clinker output of the firing system decreased from 3 235 t/d to 3 128 t/d, the specific heat consumption of clinker increased from 693.5×4.18 kJ/t to 726.5 ×4.18 kJ/t, and the outlet temperature of the preheater rose from 274.6 ℃ to 297.9 ℃. The overall operating air volume and system resistance of the preheater system showed little change. Additionally, after using waste textiles at the kiln inlet, the D50 particle size of the dust at the outlet of the C1 cyclone decreased by 6.074 μm to 0.524 μm, and the separation efficiency of the C1 cyclone dropped from 93.4% to 92.5%. |
