| 使用替代燃料是水泥行业实现碳减排、达成“双碳”目标的关键手段。发达国家在可燃废弃物利用方面已走在前列,中国相关研究与应用仍处于初级阶段,亟待提升。通过总结国内外水泥行业在替代燃料方面的政策支持、不同燃料类型的应用现状、处置设施的研究进展与实践案例,分析水泥行业替代燃料发展成效与挑战,为行业碳中和路径提供科学依据,并明确未来技术创新方向。 |

| Alternative fuels are a critical means for the cement industry to achieve carbon emission reductions and meet the “Dual Carbon” goals. Developed countries are at the forefront of utilizing combustible waste, whereas research and application in China remain in their infancy and urgently require advancement. By summarizing policy support, the current status of various fuel types, progress in disposal facilities, and practical case studies within the domestic and international cement industries, this paper analyzes achievements and challenges. It aims to provide a scientific basis for the industry's carbon neutrality pathway and clarify future directions for technological innovation. Development strategies, combining international experience with China's realities, will accelerate the localized application of alternative fuel technologies, promote the cement industry's transition towards low-carbon sustainability, and contribute to global climate governance. |
