| Addressing the technical challenges of difficult particle size control and severe equipment wear in the deep processing and crushing steps of flux stone, this paper introduces the working principle and structural characteristics of the double-tooth roll grading crusher. Combined with the flux stone deep processing project in a cement plant's building materials industrial park in Guangxi, it elaborates on the two-stage crushing application scheme of "jaw crusher + double-tooth roll grading crusher" and conducts performance verification analysis. The results show that the equipment operates stably in the project, with a finished product yield exceeding the 50% design target and power consumption as low as 0.12 kWh/t. Its core indicators are superior to traditional crushing equipment, effectively improving the utilization rate of flux stone resources and the economic benefits of the project. |
