| 为解决磷石膏堆存污染与硫黄依赖进口双重难题,推动磷石膏制硫酸联产水泥熟料技术规模化应用,本文以A厂、C厂、D厂三家代表性企业的联产熟料为研究对象,采用XRD、岩相分析、化学成分检测及物理性能测试等手段,系统探究不同厂家联产熟料的性能差异。结果表明:三家企业熟料性能差异显著,A厂因KH值偏低、粉磨不充分、质量最差;D厂综合力学性能最优,但受高磷高氟与窑况波动影响,强度稳定性不足;C厂性能稳定适配工业需求。 |

| To address the environmental pollution caused by phosphogypsum stockpiling and the reliance on imported sulfur, and to promote the large-scale application of technology for producing sulfuric acid and cement clinker from phosphogypsum, this study selects co-produced clinker from three representative enterprises (Plant A, Plant C, and Plant D) as the research object. Systematic investigations were conducted to explore the performance differences among clinkers from different manufacturers using X-ray diffraction (XRD), petrographic analysis, chemical composition testing, and physical performance testing. The results indicate significant differences in clinker performance among the three enterprises. Plant A exhibits the poorest performance due to its low KH value and insufficient grinding. Plant D demonstrates the best comprehensive mechanical properties but suffers from insufficient strength stability due to high phosphorus and fluorine content and kiln condition fluctuations. Plant C shows stable performance suitable for industrial requirements. |
