      山水集团枣庄水泥公司进厂石灰石质量波动大,生产的熟料强度偏低,易磨性差,标准稠度需水量偏高,分析了该熟料硫碱比失调的原因及影响,提出了调整措施,在熟料生产过程中,通过在高碱生料中掺加脱硫石膏(主要成分为二水硫酸钙,CaSO4·2H2O)配料,可有效提高熟料中的SO3含量,控制熟料硫碱比在合理范围值,对改善熟料质量、提高生产稳定性有重要影响。

      The quality of limestone received by Zaozhuang Cement Company of Shanshui Group fluctuates greatly, resulting in clinker with low strength, poor grindability, and high water requirement for standard consistency. After analyzing the causes and impacts of the imbalance in the sulfur-alkali ratio of this clinker, adjustment measures were proposed. During the clinker production process, by adding desulfurized gypsum (mainly composed of calcium sulfate dihydrate, CaSO4·2H2O) to the high-alkali raw meal, the SO3 content in the clinker can be effectively increased, and the sulfur-alkali ratio of the clinker can be controlled within a reasonable range. This has a significant impact on improving clinker quality and enhancing production stability.
