      伊拉克南部Saman项目5 300 t/d抗硫酸盐水泥熟料生产线以重油或天然气为燃料。以该项目为基础,本文主要介绍以天然气做燃料生产抗硫酸盐水泥的应用,抵抗硫酸盐侵蚀的机理,原材料配料及熟料煅烧工艺及生产中的注意事项。自生产运营以来,熟料产量和质量各项指标达到设计要求,2025年实现了年累计产量1 831 205 t熟料,且生产系统运转正常,工艺状况良好。

      The 5 300 t/d sulfate-resistant cement clinker production line at the Saman project in southern Iraq uses heavy oil or natural gas as fuel. Based on the project, this paper primarily introduces the application of natural gas as fuel in the production of sulfate-resistant cement, the mechanism of sulfate resistance, raw material proportioning, clinker calcination technology, and key considerations during production. Since the commencement of operations, the clinker output and quality indicators have met the design requirements. By 2025, the cumulative annual output reached 1 831 205 t of clinker, with the production system operating normally and the process conditions remaining in good status.
