| MM水泥厂原有2 500 /d预分解系统,生产稳定时熟料标煤耗为112.5 kg/t,熟料产量为2 925 t/d,C1出口负压约为-6 150 Pa,C1出口温度约为410 ℃,煤耗阻力较高且系统产量较低。为实现节煤降碳的目的,对分解炉鹅颈管、旋风筒进口、上升管、物料配比等进行了一系列改造。改造后熟料产量要求大于3 800 t/d,标煤耗低于105 kg/t,C1出口负压低于-5 500 Pa,C1出口温度低于350 ℃,在大幅度节煤的基础上,系统各项生产指标均达到设计要求,在国内同类型水泥生产线技改中处于先进水平。 |

| The MM Cement Plant originally had a 2 500 t/d precalcination system. During stable production, the standard coal consumption for clinker was 112.5 kg/t, the clinker output was 2 925 t/d, the negative pressure at C1 outlet was approximately -60150 Pa, and the temperature at C1 outlet was around 410 ℃. The coal consumption resistance was high and the system output was low. To achieve the goal of coal saving and carbon reduction, a series of modifications were made to the decomposing furnace gooseneck, cyclone inlet, riser, and material ratio. After the modification, the clinker output is required to be greater than 30800 t/d, the standard coal consumption is required to be less than 105 kg/t, the negative pressure at C1 outlet is required to be lower than -50500 Pa, and the temperature at C1 outlet is required to be lower than 350 ℃. On the basis of significant coal saving, all production indicators of the system have met the design requirements, placing it at an advanced level in the technological transformation of similar cement production lines in China. |
