| 本研究针对工业建筑中输送通廊与屋面结构一体化设计的技术难题,提出一种新型桁架柱-平板网架排架结构体系。该体系将变宽度通廊悬挂于屋面网架下方,并使其内部钢平台作为协同受力构件参与整体工作。本文阐述了该结构体系的技术特点与优势,结合具体工程案例,详细说明了结构的选型与布置方案。通过3D3S软件建立参数化模型,并分别构建考虑与不考虑钢平台协同工作的对比模型,在包括恒载、活载、风载及温度作用在内的实际荷载工况下,定量分析了钢平台对结构性能的贡献。 |

| This study addresses the technical challenges associated with the integrated design of conveyor corridors and roof structures in industrial buildings, proposing a novel truss column-flat grid bent frame structural system. This system suspends the variable-width corridor beneath the roof grid, allowing its internal steel platform to participate in the overall work as a collaborative load-bearing component. The paper first elaborates on the technical characteristics and advantages of this structural system, and then, combined with specific engineering cases, details the structural selection and layout plan. A parametric model is established using 3D3S software, and comparative models are constructed considering and not considering the collaborative work of the steel platform, respectively. Under actual load conditions including dead load, live load, wind load, and temperature effects, the contribution of the steel platform to structural performance is quantitatively analyzed. |
