| 本文阐述了新型干法水泥熟料烧成系统节能降耗技术的发展现状,探讨了在六级基础上采用七级预热器系统的节能优势、开发设计方法和工程应用效果。理论计算和应用实践均表明,通过增加换热级数与优化旋风筒设计等措施,采用七级预热器的出口废气温度可降低至220~235 ℃,与六级系统相比,可实现单位熟料热耗降低约20×4.18 kJ/kg、标煤综合能耗降低约2.4 kg/t的节能效果。在出预热器废气能满足原(燃)料烘干需求的前提下,窑尾采用七级预热器具有更优的综合能耗表现,为水泥工业进一步节能降碳提供了可行的技术路径。 |

| This paper expounds the current development status of energy-saving and consumption-reducing technology for new-type dry cement clinker burning system,and explores the energy-saving advantages,development and design methods,and engineering application effects of adopting seven-stage preheater system on the basis of six-stage preheater system. Theoretical calculation and applied practice show that the temperature of the exhaust gas at the outlet of the seven-level preheater can be reduced to 220~235 ℃ by increasing the number of heat exchange stages and optimizing the design of the cyclone, which can achieve the energy-saving effect of about 20×4.18 kJ/kg reduction in heat consumption and about 2.4 kg/t reduction in comprehensive energy consumption compared with the six-level system. On the premise that the heat of exhaust gas from the preheater can meet the drying requirements of raw (fuel) materials, the seven-stage preheater at the kiln tail has a better comprehensive energy consumption performance, which provides a feasible technical path for the cement industry to further save energy and reduce carbon. |
