      立轴搅拌机以其结构简单、易维护的优势,在水泥搅拌领域应用广泛。本文设计了一种沿搅拌轴轴向布置三层叶片,相邻两层叶片交叉垂直安装的立轴搅拌机,并建立其几何模型;基于EDEM软件,以搅拌机内混凝土颗粒离散系数为指标开展离散元仿真分析,研究叶片线速度、叶片倾角及搅拌桶充盈率等搅拌工艺参数对颗粒混合均匀度的影响。研究发现相较叶片线速度和叶片倾角,搅拌桶充盈率对颗粒混合效果影响最大,最优参数组合为叶片线速度7 m/s、叶片倾角45°、搅拌桶充盈率0.5。本研究为混凝土高质量制备提供了参考依据。

      The vertical shaft mixer is widely used in cement mixing field due to its simple structure and easy maintenance advantages. A vertical shaft mixer with three layers of blades arranged along its axial direction, where the adjacent two layers of blades installed vertically and intersectingly, is firstly designed in this paper. Then its geometric model is established. Secondly, based on EDEM software, a discrete element simulation analysis is carried out to study the influence of blade linear velocity, blade inclination angle, and filling rate of the mixer on the uniformity of particle mixing. In the simulation analysis, the dispersion coefficient of concrete particles inside the mixer is utilized as the indicator. It is found that compared with the blade linear velocity and blade inclination angle, the filling rate of the mixer has the greatest impact on particles mixing effect. The optimal parameter combination is blade linear velocity of 7 m/s, blade inclination angle of 45°, and filling rate of the mixer of 0.5. This research provides a reference basis for high-quality preparation of concrete.
