      本文研究了煤矸石粉对碱矿渣混凝土(AASC)的初始流动性和抗压强度的影响,并使用水化微量热仪、热重分析仪分析了AASC的水化过程。试验结果显示:煤矸石粉中存在的碳和有机质对AASC的工作性能有较大的影响,煤矸石粉取代量越高,AASC的坍落度越小。煤矸石粉的取代量越高,AASC的抗压强度降低的越显著,但随着养护龄期的增加,煤矸石粉的影响逐渐降低。煤矸石粉取代矿渣,推迟了AASC第二放热峰的出现时间,同时也降低了峰高,减缓了AASC的水化进程,减少了AASC水化产物的生成量,增大了AASC的孔隙率。

      Effects of coal gangue powder on the workability and compressive strength of Alkali-activated slag concrete (AASC) were studied by replacing slag. And the hydration process of AASC was analyzed by isothermal carlorimetry and thermogravimetry. The obtained results showed that the carbon and organic matter content in coal gangue powder had a significant influence on the slump of AASC, and the higher content of coal gangue powder, the smaller the slump of AASC. The compressive strength of AASC reduced significantly with the substitution amount of coal gangue powder. But with the increase of curing age, the negative effect of coal gangue powder on compressive strength on AASC decreased gradually. The replacement of slag with coal gangue powder reduced the hydration process of AASC by delaying the emergence time of the second exothermic peak. And the height of exothermic peak was also decreased. The amount of hydration products of AASC reduced with increasing coal gangue powder content and the porosity of AASC with different coal gangue powder also increased.
