      辊压机作为高效节能的粉磨设备,在水泥、生料粉磨领域应用广泛,但轴向布料离析引发的偏辊问题严重影响其运行效率与设备寿命。本文阐述了辊压机系统的节能优势,深入分析了离析偏辊的产生机理、危害及行业内现有解决方案的局限性,指出物料粒度与水分差异导致的离析是偏辊的核心成因。研发了无动力、工艺简单的 V 型混料器,通过模仿拌面动作实现粗细物料均匀混合,配合双曲线进料装置等设备形成综合解决方案。结合 XCHL、LLHS 两家企业的应用案例,验证了该方案可有效降低辊缝偏差(从 15~19 mm 降至 1~3 mm)、提升台时产量(最高提产 10 t/h 以上)、减少设备磨损与事故发生率。

      As an efficient and energy-saving grinding equipment, roller presses are widely used in the cement and raw material grinding fields. However, the problem of eccentric rollers caused by axial material segregation seriously affects their operational efficiency and equipment lifespan. This paper expounds the energy-saving advantages of the roller press system, and then deeply analyzes the mechanism of segregation-induced eccentric rollers, their hazards, and the limitations of existing solutions in the industry. It points out that the segregation caused by differences in material particle size and moisture is the core cause of eccentric rollers. To address this pain point, a V-shaped mixer with no power and simple process has been developed. It achieves uniform mixing of coarse and fine materials by mimicking the action of mixing noodles, and forms a comprehensive solution in conjunction with equipment such as hyperbolic feeders. Combined with application cases from XCHL and LLHS enterprises, it is verified that this solution can effectively reduce roller gap deviation (from 15~19 mm to 1~3 mm), increase production per hour (up to 10 t/h or more), and reduce equipment wear and accident rates.
